Delivery 
All in stock items will be processed within 48 hours. (If you have chosen to pay be cheque, your goods will be dispatched when your cheque has cleared.) Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail, larger items such as furniture will be dispatched by courier.  If you have registered  to our site you will be able view your order status by logging into ‘My Account’

Delivery Charges are varied and are based upon size and weight of product/products:

Please note our advisors cannot be held responsible if you are not at the delivery address to accept goods when they are delivered.

Delivery Locations
We deliver to the United Kingdom, please contact us if you require your goods to be shipped outside the UK 

Delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays

If you are wanting to purchase from our Furniture range we will ask you to ‘Request a Quote’ so that we can supply you with an exact delivery cost.

Returns Policy

Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Metropolitan within 2 days of receipt and we request that all customers open packages and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be damaged in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.
 
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may notify us that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day you receive the goods). You must then return the goods to us in the same condition you received them in and we will provide a full refund.

Exchange Policy for faulty or incorrect goods
We will be happy to exchange products that are damaged or faulty within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Obviously it will help us to resolve any issues if you can let us know as soon as the problem becomes evident.
